Cancellation PoliciesFor All Paying Registrants Payment, both domestic and international, must be received on or before September 19, 2008. No attendee will be admitted into the conference without payment. A registrant may substitute a different person in their place at any time. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the full refund for cancellations made on or before August 29, 2008. Cancellations after August 29, 2008, but before September 12, 2008, will be refunded 50% of the paid registration fee, with no additional processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations on or after September 12, 2008. There will be no refunds or credits for registrants who do not attend the conference. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. For Client Registrants Synygy client companies may register up to three (3) free attendees. A $795 fee will be charged for each additional registrant over three attendees per conference. No processing or cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made on or before August 29, 2008. A fee of $397.50 will be charged to the client for cancellations received after August 29, 2008. No refunds will be given after September 12, 2008. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
