For All Paying Registrants
Payment, both domestic and international, must be received on or before April 20, 2010. No attendee will be admitted into the conference without payment. A registrant may substitute a different person in their place at any time. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the full refund for cancellations made on or before March 19, 2010. Cancellations after March 19, 2010, but before April 2, 2010, will be refunded 50% of the paid registration fee, with no additional processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations on or after April 2, 2010. There will be no refunds or credits for registrants who do not attend the conference. For Client Registrants
Synygy client companies may register up to two (2) free attendees. A $495 fee will be charged for each additional registrant over two attendees per conference. No processing or cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made on or before March 19, 2010. A fee of $247.50 will be charged to the client for cancellations received after March 19, 2010. No refunds will be given after April 2, 2010. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to
